Originally a small family home built in the 1960s, Casa Rosa Cucina has been lovingly transformed into a welcoming space where friends and family can gather to enjoy gourmet meals while preserving the charm and warmth of its original homestyle roots. Every corner of this restaurant holds a memory, and we are so excited to make more with you. Our deep passion for great food and strong family ties to the restaurant industry has inspired us to share our culinary experiences.

A New Chapter Begins

When we opened down the block in August 2020 in Kirtland, it marked the beginning of a great adventure. We met many wonderful new friends who welcomed us into the community, allowing us to offer a variety of homemade dishes and both family- and chef-inspired specials. This success sparked the desire to create something more, a unique dining experience that felt like being at a friend’s home, enjoying a beautiful meal together in warmth and comfort.

The transformation of Casa Rosa into a restaurant was not without its challenges. Reimagining the space while keeping the essence of its original charm was a labor of love. Every design choice and renovation step was carefully considered to ensure that the restaurant maintained the warmth and inviting atmosphere of a home while also accommodating guests.
